Interestingly since yoga l am feeling alot stronger and getting my muscle back after 5 years of not riding, and been able to go out on my bike regularly without any problems with my knees, which l've always struggled with since teenage years! "Love Ann’s yoga classes!!! I’ve been doing the Friday Night dynamic yoga on zoom and it’s great! Suitable for all abilities, Ann is really lovely and welcoming and the classes are fab! Zoom is also easy to use and work with. Would definitely recommend to everyone!"
