Ann's Yoga Lounge is owned by Ann Riddell, ably assisted by husband Graham. This Heckington home studio offers daily yoga for all ages and abilities
Maybe you are looking for some calm, 'me time' away from the kids, wanting to restore your body after hunching over a computer screen, or feeling signs of ageing and are keen to keep mobile and flexible - yoga could be the answer to all of these and more
We offer a mixture of online and in-person Studio classes. Face to face classes are small (currently maximum 5 students) and friendly
The styles are classical Hatha with elements of Vinyasa flow, Yin and Restorative. Classes range from relaxed, floor-based ones to Chair Yoga to more active sessions. We also offer weekend events including Run (or walk) Yoga Cake, workshops and mini retreats with a combination of Hatha, Yin and mindfulness
We like to build community, and you are always welcome to stay on after class for a cuppa or glass of wine and a chat. At weekend events there are homemade cakes and scones too! Expect a full experience - not just an exercise class
Private classes are also available on request to align with your personal goals, as is corporate yoga and meditation.
